P2 knows that real change takes more than just words. That’s why they teamed up with TinQwise to create a blended learning experience that’s fun, engaging and highly valued by their customers. The result? Tailor-made learning journeys that truly make a difference!
The decision to choose TinQwise's learning platform
Learning is a no-brainer when it comes to driving lasting change. In their pursuit of sustainable transition-making, P2 realised they couldn't remain behind in terms of learning either. So they decided to revamp their customer and employee trainings to boost effective learning. After a thorough analysis, Kristine, P2's dedicated Learning Specialist, and P2 board members decided to give the TinQwise learning platform a shot.
Kristine dreams of a world where people enjoy binge-learning as much as watching their favourite shows in a row. She also envisions more effective training sessions, followed by hands-on assignments and learning-on-the-job. That's where the magic happens, where theory falls into place and connects to (daily) work. Why use training sessions for talking through endless slide decks whilst people can gather the same knowledge in their own time and pace in an even more fun way?

With such an easy way to create content in the platform every colleague can develop learning journeys and share their expertise. This capability will allow P2 to make a bigger impact and work in a more efficient way.
“Being able to add and change learning activities anytime, without being dependent of an external supplier or specialist, was a must for us. Plus, it is so much fun, too!” reflects Kristine.
Available on different devices
The platform's user-friendly interface and accessibility across various devices was visible during the trial. This aspect was a strong point when engaging learners, especially younger ones.
"Making content easily accessible and intuitively available was a must. With this platform, you do not need to install yourself in front of a big screen and scroll through the content for hours. You can quickly look something up and gain new inspiration right away!” says Kristine.
