P2 prioritises care for our planet and uses business for good.

P2 helps building a better future

P2 is all about making the world a better and more liveable place by focusing on sustainable change. They operate across multiple sectors, including food, mobility, urban life, and land and water management.

More than 70 colleagues (help to) manage programmes, processes and projects that contribute to a better future while teaming up with their customers. As a certified B Corp, they prioritise care for our planet and use business for good. P2 embraces so-called β€˜teal’ ways of working and made their employees the owners of the company.

The decision to choose TinQwise's learning platform

Learning is a no-brainer when it comes to driving lasting change. In their pursuit of sustainable transition-making, P2 realised they couldn't remain behind in terms of learning either. So they decided to revamp their customer and employee trainings to boost effective learning. After a thorough analysis, Kristine, P2's dedicated Learning Specialist, and P2 board members decided to give the TinQwise learning platform a shot.

Kristine dreams of a world where people enjoy binge-learning as much as watching their favourite shows in a row. She also envisions more effective training sessions, followed by hands-on assignments and learning-on-the-job. That's where the magic happens, where theory falls into place and connects to (daily) work. Why use training sessions for talking through endless slide decks whilst people can gather the same knowledge in their own time and pace in an even more fun way?

Joint learning for solving complex challenges

P2 understands that learning is most effective when done jointly and joyfully. After all, every person and organisation brings something special to the table. Especially when it comes to solving complex challenges, different expertises and perspectives are needed. That's why P2 went for a learning platform that encourages social learning. The social part is followed up during hands-on learning phases with peers.

"Making content easily accessible and intuitively available was a must. With this platform, you do not need to install yourself in front of a big screen and scroll through the content for hours. You can quickly look something up and gain new inspiration right away!” says Kristine.

Lesson learned and moving forward

Getting the platform training while building the actual learning journeys could have helped uncover more features and enhance the experience.

"When TinQwise demonstrates functions, it all seems so logical. But not until you start building your own learning journeys, questions arise. Especially when it comes to authorisations and automations. However, TinQwise was always there to answer questions and offered tailor-made mini-trainings to help us getting the tough things done."

It's a match!

Kristine mentioned that they had a list of criteria for their ideal learning platform. "TinQwise stood out because they didn't only offer the trial learning platform, but they also provided personal support right from the beginning. P2’s mission is to make an impact and TinQwise saw us not just as one more number, but we’ve got the feeling that TinQwise wants to make impact together with us."

At P2, they're always thinking about the how. So, after trying out the learning platform and seeing how it could address their needs, they decided to collaborate with TinQwise. Currently, Kristine and her team are developing customised learning content for P2's clients. With TinQwise's support, they're strategising on the best approach to pilot this project with their customers. Both parties are very excited about this journey towards change!
