The reintegration policy and I
The RECONNECT platform provides access to two streams of information. In the first stream called "The reintegration policy and I," as an HR employee, you can learn how to establish a reintegration policy within your organization. The stream includes a helpful checklist for each phase of the reintegration process. That way you never forget a step!
My employee and I
In the second learning stream, titled "My employee and I," you can access a wide range of practical and emotional support. The learning content is presented in short pieces, formulated as questions, which aim to stimulate HR employees and employers. The platform provides authentic cases that challenge you to apply the knowledge gained in practical situations. In addition to reintegration information, you will also find tips on self-care and a variety of useful templates and documents.
Coaching at your fingertips
