Who is Victoria?
Victoria provides women, men, and children with trendy and affordable jewellery, in all sizes. No one is left out, Victoria makes everyone shine! They exist since 1991 in 6 different countries. And they do it in a fun way too. Can you imagine a better way to buy jewellery than in the comfort of your own home, surrounded by friends and family? Because that’s exactly what Victoria’s consultants do: go on home visits or give digital demos and show everything there is to know about the Victoria collection.
The Consultants
Everyone can join Victoria and become a consultant. The only thing you need is to be passionate about jewellery. Everything you need to know, can be learned at Victoria. And that evidently results in the need for a solid learning experience. Cue TinQwise!
My Academy
“My Academy” is an online learning academy that provides multi-lingual access to every consultant, team leader and sector leader of Victoria. The academy, based on our TinQwise Growth Platform, is packed with information that appeals to both beginners and long-time consultants. From learning how to book demos with clients and how to present the jewels and its materials, to mastering skills by watching tutorial videos of other consultants. Also team and sector leaders can use the academy to guide their teams by using the ‘ambassador modules’ and also to learn new things themselves.
Life-long learning
Learning never stops, so we will keep adding all sorts of content, challenges and new features to the academy to create a true and inspiring learning experience. To be continued …
